My shingles has improved a little in the past day. Improved, that is, from my point of view not that of the virus. I’m sure the virus itself is pretty cheesed off with not making further advances. For the moment anyway.
In the past 24 hours I’ve actually been able to wear a shirt which is something of a blessing and somewhat cheaper than having to wander around shirtless with the heating turned up high. Shirtification is still not pleasant but it is at least bearable.
Who knows, given another week I might be fully recovered and can then go back to worrying about things other than my health. I might even start putting on weight again. I’ve lost a bit in the past week since I’ve only been eating enough to stave off the hunger pangs. I just have no appetite.
